You couldn’t learn how to drive by asking a bunch of questions in a Facebook group, right?
You’d probably download the study booklet from your driving agency or take driving lessons.
At some point, you have to do the work required. The same is true for embracing your MenPathic traits. Some very valuable books are worth having in your personal library.

3-Start a Journaling Practice
Even if you hate writing or think you can’t write, I promise you that you can, and you’ll grow to see it as a trusted friend and place of solace.
Journaling can help you process feelings and get the complaints and negative crap out of your head and onto the paper or a computer screen.
It’s also a great practice for recording gratitude and working out new ideas. You don’t have to be a writer to benefit; simply making bullet points can help you record what you’re experiencing.
You owe it to yourself and your family to begin this important practice.
